Participated in the early stages of the redevelopment project at Piccadilly Circus, contributing to the demolition of the original building.
Employed specialist low headroom large diameter piling techniques in challenging conditions to construct new foundations during the demolition.
Ensured continuous support for the iconic illuminated screens while the old facade and new building foundations were established.
Played a key role in the interior rebuilding and expansion of the structure, transforming it into the Lucent development.
Contributed to a project that culminated in a 144,000 sq ft mixed-use development comprising high-quality office, hospitality, retail, and residential spaces.
The Lucent project is now valued at over £200 million.
