A 1950s chalet-style bungalow was demolished to clear the site for a new 5,000 sq ft, five-bedroom, five-bathroom modern home. An Open auger piling was utilised to ensure a stable foundation.

The home was constructed using a contemporary timber frame, maximising energy efficiency and design flexibility while adhering to high standards of modern building practices.

The property achieved a Class A energy rating through innovative design, superior insulation, and advanced technologies, resulting in a comfortable and eco-friendly living space.

The entire project, from concept to completion, was meticulously managed, resulting in a turnkey property delivered in 2018, complete with full landscaping and all final details.

The bespoke design, created in collaboration with award-winning architect Tony Holt, seamlessly blends form and function, reflecting the client's vision.

The property's exterior showcases a combination of Portland stone, contemporary K render, cedar cladding, and a blue Staffordshire brick plinth, complemented by high-performance aluminium windows for a sleek, modern appearance.
